It does what you think.
There should not be much to write about here. Its a mask, it keeps the light out, it helps you sleep while your chick has the light on.

Great sleep aid.
It took a couple weeks for me to get used to having the mask on while I slept, but now I seriously doubt I could sleep through the night without it.
