Dump the laptop and get one of these!
I’ve been using an older Dell 14″ laptop for several years for casual web surfing while watching TV and such.

Touchpad buttons are the only negative
I’ve had my 10 inch AOD150 for a month now. I love it! Starts up super quickly. Has amazing battery life (I have extended battery option) – 7 hrs!

Perfect size
I would recommed updating the memory card to 2G to speed up the laptop, but everything else is good. What is the best? It works with Windows XP…!!!

Mini computer okay, webcam is not!
The Acer does a good job of allowing me to check my email and surf the Internet and is extremely portable: I am able to carry via my purse when flying.

Love Little Saphire
Acer has a winner here. It’s small, compact, light and easy to carry. The battery life is actually more then 6 hours.

Inspired
My very first computer was an Acer that ran Windows 3.0, and it still runs. I was going to repplace a very obsolete Palm handheld when I came across a picture of the Aspire One.

Aspire One
Everything I expected and then some. This unit is for travel. While traveling I expect to review e-mail and surf the web with wi-fi. So far so good.

Light, useful, as advertised
The Acer Inspire works well. It’s light and very usable. I haven’t tried the webcam yet, but it will be useful when traveling for work.
